30% Deposit Invoice
On acceptance, we invoice a 30% deposit. This locks in your spot on the schedule and lets us begin ordering materials specific to your home.
Material Order & Scheduling
Once the deposit is paid, we order your materials and work directly with you to lock in a project start date that fits your calendar — plus pull any required permits.
Day-Of Installation
Owner on-site. Clean, organized job site. Daily cleanup. Magnetic nail sweep. Respect for your property and neighbors.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every inch with you, verify the work, hand over warranty paperwork, and confirm you're 100% satisfied before we collect final payment.
