Full tear-off down to the decking, decking inspection and replacement where needed, ice & water shield to code-plus, synthetic underlayment, new step and counter-flashing at chimneys and walls, color-matched ridge and hip accessories, and balanced intake/exhaust ventilation. We also install snow guards where roof design and local snow loads make sense. Owner on site for the tear-off and dry-in.
